We have streamlined the building processes, minimised construction delays, ensured budgets are met, and the potential for cost blow-outs have been significantly reduced, potentially saving you tens of thousands off your build price.
Before RESIDENTIAL & INVESTMENT BUILDING BROKERS start any project, it is particularly important for us to obtain (on your behalf), a contour survey of your site, and from there our architectural division, perth building designers, will meet with you to fully discuss your requirements.

We will inspect your site to familiarise ourselves and get a thorough understanding of how to make best use of your land. We look for factors such as orientation, slope of the land, trees, building to be retained and views, because from ‘concept to creation’ RESIDENTIAL & INVESTMENT BUILDING BROKERS stake our reputation on “bringing your dreams into reality‘ and we do this for each and every project whether it be your new family home, a unit development or a investment project.

DESIGN

• First up our architectural division, perth building designers, will meet
with you to fully discuss your requirements
• Our team will then provide you with a detailed quotation for your site survey, your design and your development application drawings
•  Upon acceptance of our quotation, our designer will work closely with you to ensure ‘your dreams are brought into reality’

TENDER

• Specifications will be individually prepared to suit your specific
project requirements so that when we tender ALL builders will be
quoting same plans, same specifications – ‘apples for apples’
• we will select 4/5 of the most suitably qualified builders from our vast builder network and we will provide them with your plans and specifications to allow them to prepare their ‘absolute best possible’ tender price
• upon receipt of the tenders from our builders, we will conduct a thorough review process and then meet with you to discuss the tenders and make our recommendations

CONSTRUCTION

• the successful builder will have his team finalise construction drawings,  engineers’ drawings, energy efficiency and compliance reports
• the builder will submit all documentation to council for the issue of the building licence
• upon approval of the building licence construction will commence on site
